Safeguarding the brand’s reputation whilst meeting the needs of stakeholders is a challenge, but it only requires skills that can be learnt. This workshop can take place in preparation of a potential crisis or when it’s hit depending on availability. Combining theory and practical, it is entirely focused on how best to handle the crisis at hand.
